ANTARCTICA EXPEDITIONS
We coordinate access from Punta Arenas and Ushuaia
Antarctica changes the way you see the world. Getting there is, before anything else, a logistical question: there are two ways into the continent from the southern tip of South America, and each one shapes a different trip.
Ways to reach Antarctica
Direct flight from Punta Arenas
Two hours to King George Island and, from there, transfer to the Antarctic Peninsula by zodiac. No Drake Passage crossing.
Classic crossing from Ushuaia
Two days sailing across the Drake Passage, the traditional route toward one of the most remote landscapes on the planet. The crossing itself is part of the experience.
On the ground support
We work with authorized, vetted operators, and our role is to support the trip: we coordinate the full logistics, flights, transfers, lodging before and after embarkation, equipment and documentation, and we are in the region to solve whatever comes up along the way.
A trip to Antarctica depends on weather and on connections that shift. Having someone on the ground when that happens is the difference between a setback and a lost trip.
If you have dates in mind, let's talk early: the Antarctic season is short and space is committed months in advance.
